We are now looking for a mid-level to senior Art Director / Digital Designer with a passion for digital craft, immersive storytelling, and 3D-driven experiences — someone equally comfortable designing pixel-perfect interfaces and building out brand visuals.
The Role
Lead the design and art direction of next-generation digital experiences — from shaping the creative vision and moodboards to hands-on execution across branding, visual identity systems, and digital design — ensuring a cohesive visual language that spans brand, interactive, and content.
What You’ll Do
- Lead digital-first art direction – Define and guide the visual language for digital-first brand identities, interactive experiences and campaigns, ensuring every element feels cohesive across branding, interactive, and content touch-points.
- Create high-impact digital design – Design clean, functional, and visually engaging interfaces in Figma, ensuring consistency across breakpoints.
- Create and extend brand systems – Build and apply logos, typography, color palettes, and graphic systems across static, motion, and interactive formats.
- Bridge brand and product – Translate brand DNA into immersive, interactive environments, collaborating with designers, developers, and 3D artists.
- Drive creative storytelling – Develop moodboards, style frames, and toolkits that inspire internal teams and clients alike.
- Maintain visual cohesion – Oversee the application of design systems across websites, campaigns, and content production.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & portfolio – 4+ years in art direction or digital design roles, with a portfolio spanning digital design, brand identity, and interactive work.
- Hands-on digital craft – Strong skills in creating high-quality layouts, brand assets, and interface designs.
- Explorative mindset – You thrive on creative challenges, are comfortable venturing outside your comfort zone, and are excited to explore new ideas, tools, and disciplines.
- Collaborative spirit – You’ll work side-by-side with designers, developers, 3D artists, and strategists in a truly cross-disciplinary environment where every talent contributes to shaping the outcome.
- Berlin-based – This is an on-site role in Berlin. You already live here or are ready to relocate and immerse yourself in our creative culture.
